Thank you for your interest. We are the agent for many renowned wildlife photographers and we represent their photographs. We are authorized to license their photographs for commercial use and negotiate fees on their behalf. However, our agreement does not authorize us to donate their photographs for any purpose, no matter how worthy the cause. Unfortunately we do receive many requests for such donations, and we appreciate your understanding on this point.

Neverrthless, we were all once students, and we do like to support worthy conservation campaigns. Because of your such effort, we see the positive impact of conservation efforts in our oceans. To that end, we are willing, whenever we can, to offer reduced licensing fees for use of these pictures in your projects. We do want to help you further the public's interest in the oceans, its research and conservation.

For school projects only we do allow the student or the teacher to download the low resolution file to be used under the following conditions:

• It is a one-time, non-commercial use such as classroom material, reports, or other school projects.
• The image is properly credited with photographer's name/ SeaPics.com.
• There is a link provided to our web site for online use.
• The picture file is deleted immediately after use to avoid any misuse such as copyright infringement.
